terms

the short version

A tip is a gift to SimpleFlips. You're not buying anything, and it isn't a charity donation, so it's not tax deductible.

refunds

Tips aren't refundable. If you tipped the wrong amount by mistake, message me on twitch.tv/simpleflips or in discord.gg/simpleflips and I'll see what I can do. That's up to me, not a promise.

paying

Only use a card or PayPal account you're allowed to use. Payments go through PayPal and they can say no to a payment for their own reasons.

songs

Adding a song is optional. It plays for the time the page showed you when you sent it, from the start you picked. Anything that breaks Twitch's rules or mine gets skipped, and there's no refund for a skipped song. If song requests are off or the song player is down when your tip lands, the tip and message still go through but the song doesn't queue.

what shows on stream

Your name, the amount and your message can show up on stream and get read out loud. Anything sketchy in a message gets skipped too.

top tippers

The top tippers list shows names and totals. It only counts tips sent while logged in with Twitch, plus older tips from Streamlabs. A tip sent with keep me off top tippers checked doesn't count, but earlier tips without it still do.
